I started this blog after I was diagnosed with Avascular Necrosis, or bone deterioration from a lack of blood supply, in my hips and shoulder. It's been a humbling experience, which sent my mind running in all sorts of directions after my body was forced to remain quite still.

I write to connect; I write to possibly inform or inspire; Mosly, I write because I love to.
